As an Associate Creative Director and Copywriter, I’ve learned that every decision—whether we’re choosing a bank or an internet provider—is an emotional one. So I like to dive in strategy-first, uncovering the authentic, sometimes unexpected human truths that actually move us. Because at the end of the day, understanding is the only thing that turns a casual glance into a genuine connection.

Over the last 14 years, I’ve spent my career at agencies helping craft these stories for brands like Xfinity, AARP, and Bayer, bridging the gap between complex business goals and real human needs.
